Core Values, Ethics & Methodology |
Automotive: |
My core values, work ethic and methodology have without doubt been forged from working and developing a career for 25 years primarily with Globally respected German MNC's across a wide spectrum of disciplines (General, Regional and CountryManagement. Sales/Aftersales, Marketing/Brand Values, Technical Support, Product Development & Mentoring).
Having said that, I have developed and fostered an open but firm style over the 23 years living and worked in Asia which is more complimentary and conducive in securing relationships and results in a multi cultural environment. Business AcumenSolid analytical, commercial and target driven technical and managerial skills honed and proven over a career path within two very distinct business sectors and over a full range locations, cultures and disciplines within Europe, APAC & South Asia.
Leadership & MentoringThroughout my career and regardless of my managerial role or industry I have maintained a very close and regular 'hands on ' association with the technical aspects of the business. This allows me to swiftly gain respect and trust not only from my team, but also from clients/customers. I believe that to be a successful manager in any technical service industry you must have a solid practical background to support the managerial portfolio.
Regional Cultural Synergy & UnderstandingFully immersed experience and in depth understanding gained over 18 years across the full spectrum of cultures within all of APAC & South Asia.
Thus I am able to successfully bridge the cultural gap between a European principle company and region clients to ensure a smooth and sustainable partnership between all parties. |

I was very please to be a major contributor to this globally adapted platform for BASF Underground Construction.
